- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Shipped a TV and insured it. The women at the desk neglected to mention that even though i purchased insurance on my TV that since I packed it the insurance would be voided. Not once did she ask to repack my TV so it would be safe. So now I am out of a smart TV and $240 in shipping fees. I will never use this place again. If you are smart you will find a FedEx store and ship your things with them.By Timmy Stutter, April 18, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have gone to this place in the past and received terrible service and swore I wouldn't come back. I did finally go back having no other option and found out that it is under new ownership and the new employees there were amazing!
